After hearing the description of the flowers from the recipient, it sounded nothing like the bouquet I ordered. I realize that substitutions had to be made, but I really liked the look and the uniqueness of the bouquet I chose; it fit the recipient's likes too. I guess overall I'm just disappointed. Still, I am happy the flowers were delivered on the same day I ordered them.
Easy and a lot of options
It was fast, easy, and less expensive. I paid for express delivery and was very disappointed that the flowers were not delivery at the time specified. They did however deliver same day just not within the time frame I paid for. But they were kind enough to reimburse me that additional cost I paid. I am satisfied.
Arrangement selected was not available locally and the replacement arrangement was not very good. The flowers were in less than good condition adding the colors were not close enough.
From You Flowers.com has a large inventory from which to choose. I like the fact that they use local florists to fill orders. There have been several times in which I needed flowers delivered quickly and From You Flowers.com has come through every time.

Unfortunately the flowers delivered were nothing like the display picture colors, design or style that I ordered :(, however the online order process was quick and efficient and quality flowers were delivered on time to the right address

I am totally disappointed delivered a day late, the delivery service poorly handled it, the customer service people poorly handled the issue and I will never use this service again. I have been in communication with the customer services people and they have only assisted in convincing me this service is the worse one yet. Thank you.

All I can say is that I ordered Same Day Delivery at 1:30PM (you are suppose to submit Same Day orders before 3PM) for my friend's birthday and fromyouflowers.com did not come through for me. My friend got the delivery late the next day.
Customer services reps called me and left me a message at 5:15PM on the day the gift was supposed to be delivered to tell me they could not come through with the order. They did offer to send an apology letter to my recipient, I'm not sure if she got it. The represetative gave me the generic toll number to call back, no extention, so when I called back I spoke with someone different. The company did not refund the additional delivery charges or try to remedy the situation in any other way besides the apology letter. The representative I spoke with was courteous enough, but far from helpful and I could tell she was annoyed when I asked her questions (mainly because it was hard for me to hear her).
I would not trust them for Same Day Deliveries.
Personally, I will not be using them again.
The flowers were beautiful, I will say they looked somewhat like the picture online but there was definitely some variation.either way my wife loved them and the price was good and fast.

For the extra fee to guaranteed delivery on the requested date, my order was delivered on time and as expected. The arrangements of plants are beautiful! I will definitely come back for future orders.

The delivery-person contacted me to state that the flowers were dropped off. I felt very confidence and reassured by this call; I knew that my partner would receive this as a great surprise on her birthday. I thought that same-day delivery would be difficult, but fromyouflowers.com made this so simple and easy that I highly recommend them for all my future flower-gift issues.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
