I tried calling the 1800 number multiple times as the delivery address was incorrect. After multiple attempts and I used the link in my order email and chatted with a rep. Quick response and issue was corrected. Otherwise it was a good experience. Flowers were beautiful!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
