Well, my only issue is they were supposed to be delivered April 14 not the 13. Luckily my husband is home.
Sometimes when I place order and the recipient sends me a picture of what was sent to them, the flower arrangement does not match the order that I placed. It different flowers and much smaller than what I originally paid for. Not all the time but half of the orders I place happens this way. And when it happens it is very disappointing.
However THIS TIME THE FLOWER ARRANGEMENT WAS AMAZING! VERY FAIR PRICE AND WAS BEAUTIFULLY ARRANGED WITH A PERSONALLY HANDWRITTEN CARD! THIS PARTICULAR EASTER FLOWER ARRANGEMENT WAS CREATED WITH A SPECIAL TOUCH! IT WAS APPRCEIATED ESPECIALLY THAT OUR MOM HAD TO SPEND THIS EASTER ALONE DUE TO THE SHELTER IN PLACE ORDER THAT WE ARE DOING DUE TO THE CORONA VIRUS... THANK YOU FOR MAKING HER DAY!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
