Order was timely delivered; however, contrary to item displayed with colored vase, vase was a clear glass. Part of the reason flowers were selected was due to displayed colored vase shown online. Flowers themselves were nice; however, I was disappointed in vase.
Horrific. Terrible customer service
Spent hundreds on orders with them. Placed an order a week in advance THIS TIME. Order never came. Calling in was a nightmare. Onhold for an hour and then disconnected. Sent several emails, all of which I got a response "great news, your order was delivered 530pm to intended recipient." We were home. It never came. No response to other emails sent, another hour and a half on hold as we speak. 715pm as we speak and they're asking I callback if I havent received by 6pm as florist isnt answering phone. Its 715 pm. Of course they're not. And I'm being asked about tomorrow now? Then rep has audacity to get nasty with me. They wasted 3 hrs and counting now of a day that was supposed to be special and they put the nail and shoveled the dirt on top of a birthday whose coffin was already built by this pandemic. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. NEXT HOUR WILL BE ME CALLING MY BANK AND WAITING ON HOLD EVEN MORE TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE FOR THIS PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS!
Website easy to use. Flowers were delivered on time and were in excellent condition. Three separate arrangements going to three different cities in Wisconsin. Well done!
I wish I could include a photo of the flowers received. I chose the biggest selection of the item. For $95 the bouquet had 3 Rose's 3 what looked like snapdragons and some filler. I can only imagine what the smallest selection looked like. $95! Never again.
The flowers were above and beyond my expectations. They exceeded the picture in the website and my roommate was thrilled! The flowers are beautiful, fresh, fragrant and came a beautiful vase that was not expected.
