When I selected the flower arrangements (I bought 3) they were one price (example $47.99 with a supposed 20% discount already applied) but when I got to the review page they were $59.99 each. And $15 for handling per arrangement which seems a little steep. I went ahead and bought them this time. But next time I will call my local flower shop directly. The flowers were delivered as expected and they were nice. The arrangement that was delivered to my parents did not match the arrangement that I picked out online. It was "nice" but not exactly what I ordered and not nearly as pretty as the picture online. The other two arrangements were both pretty and matched the pictures online fairly well though neither of them appears to have as many flowers in them as the pictures online. So, overall, I was unimpressed.

I paid for a bouquet of flowers and a bunny plush to be delivered same day. The flowers were delivered a day later with a bear plush.
Good selection. Delivery cost is way too expensive. A day before the scheduled delivery, I received an email saying the order wouldn't be delivered for 5 more days. I wasn't given a reduced price or reason. The bouquet wasn't as shown in the picture with much lower priced flowers. Disappointed.

This is the first time I ordered flowers from youflowers.com. They were delivered to my brother-in-law in Tennessee after the loss of his dad and they were absolutely beautiful! It was thoughtful of this company to design a flower arrangement even more full than what their website picture showed! I also greatly appreciated them honoring my special request of an afternoon delivery. I will definitely use this company again. Thank you for your service.
Price in Email was misleading
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
