I was happy with the order, however; the flowers were to be delivered Saturday and my daughter did not get them until today. They were left outside the garage and they did not see them till they opened the garage door this morning. If they were left yesterday, they were not notified that they were they so they would have sat outside all night. I am very dissatisfied with that service. They could have gone to the front door and rang the door bell or knocked. They would have then been brought into the house. That is very poor service. I am very unhappy with that service. My daughter said the flowers were beautiful but I am sure they would have been even more so if they had not sat out all night!

Flowers seemed to have a little less than expected. But overall it was still a beautiful arrangement.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
