It was for a celebration. I ordered the day before I was assured I would receive them on time. I could not speak with anyone over the phone only email. Not sure when the flowers arrived, but I told them don't deliver them its was too late, they were sent anyway after the fact, I want my money back, they did not delivered as promise nor did they do anything to satify me. They spoiled my day PEOPLE STOP WASTING YOUR TIME ORDERING ON LINE FOR THINGS YOU NEED ON TIME-NEXT TIME I WILL GO TO THE LOCAL FLOWER SHOP because I will have them on time and I can actually see what I'm getting

Great prices but service was horrible. I ordered a birthday gift for April 1 and it did not get delivered until April 2 after 6pm and I paid the extra fee for same day delivery. I contacted company and was not able to talk to anyone and nobody answered my emails.
Great and fast! I ordered flowers for my mother in law moving into a new assisted living facility about 11:30 am and they were delivered later the same afternoon! Made OUR day!

I had never ordered flowers for someone before. The price was high, but that's what I expected from flower delivery like from what I've heard.
The bummer was you ended up calling to say they couldn't be delivered the day I requested, but my friend loved them regardless! It was still a surprise:)
Oh and the pot they came in was different than the picture. Her favorite color is orange so I was excited for the orange ceramic one to match the orange kolancoe, but she got a green basket instead. Again, she loves it, so all's well that ends well! :)

Found a great selection, Just wish i knew delivery fees up front. I may have been able to buy a bigger arrangement.
Price was right, however, website promoted no service fee yet I was still charged $15 in the end! The flowers were average at best! No filler. Looked like took less than a minute to stick roses in vase. Some petals were turning brown and there was no consistency. Some fully opened and some closed buds. Thankfully the restaurant was dimly lit! This was for my parents 50th anniversary dinner. The delivery was on time. This was a plus. So disappointing overall. I wasted an hour on your website looking for the perfect arrangement and feel as though I was deceived regarding fees and arrangement.
So far good. We'll hope flowers are beautiful and no delivery problems.
