Easy peasy
The product delivered to my friend was nothing like what I had ordered. It was to be pastel/spring like flowers and what was received (she sent me a photo) was like a funeral basket with flowers within it and the colors not what I had ordered nor type of flowers. Great disappointment for my card to accompany it noted the new life of spring time bulbs etc. and what she received wasn't something I would have ever picked out for her style/liking.
Very easy to navigate. The recipient was thrilled and loved the look of her flowers said they were beautiful.

As a 1st time customer I was extremely impressed. After I ordered online I realized it had to be sent to a different address within the company complex. I called the 1800 number & they called the florist & had it changed. The customer service was exceptionally speedy & very professional. I would you use youflowers.com again & recommend them.

Just received a call from last order and could not say enough about quality and personal delivery.
The site is easy to use and the flowers are beautiful. However, my delivery was a day late, my note card was a folded piece of paper that was handed to the recipient and the arrangement did not look upgraded as promised for the late delivery.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
