It's the best so far I've used.
I had ordered these flowers for my daughter who ust had a baby boy. The picture of what I ordered were pretty blue and yellow flowers welcoming a new baby boy. However what I received were daisies, purple iris's, and some kind of small blue buds with a small amount of babies breath and lots and lots of greens to fill the vase.
Serves me right for not ust walking into a flower shop and picking out what I want.

Although the flowers were delivered in a timely manner, the product was extremely different than the picture, and poor quality. I was embarrassed for the recipient, and what they have received. I am not happy with the flowers at all. I can provide pictures.

Easy and the phone call that I did make, the staff was very helpful.
The only thing about floral deliveries is, no matter what company you use, you rarely get to actually see what was delivered. You pay for an upgrade, extra blooms, etc., your recipient has no idea what you ordered, so they don't know, and you're left wondering what the arrangement they received actually looked like. In the age of instant pix, and confirmation of delivery, isn't there a way for the staff who create the bouquet to snap a pix of the finished product & include that photo IN your delivery confirmation? I think that'd be a great feature to provide customers! :)

I have dealt with this company several times and they send beautiful arrangements each time. However I choose the bouquet i did because it had lilies in it. It was delivered with no lilies. Although beautiful I was disappointed there were no lilies as pictured online.
The flowers that my mother received did not look like the ones on the website. The colors were different and the roses were yellow in some spots from what appeared to be age. I was disappointed.
I needed to send some birthday flowers to my favorite Aunt in New York and I checked out numerous sites to use and was glad to find yours with the beautiful arrangements! It was easy to order and send the flowers to make her day special! Thanks!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
