I like this site with the same day delivery, but i was a little surprised at how much s&h was at the end. About 3/4 the price of the flowers.
In saying this, I put in my order around 2:30 and the site says orders are accepted til 3. They did not send it out same day, I had to call the next day to talk to someone and he said they would refund my s&h fees since it wasn't delivered on the same day. If you put on the website, get your order in BY 3pm and then stop accepting orders at a "half hour cut off period" that's not fair to the customer who thinks they got their order in before the deadline and is paying these extra fees to do so.
The bouquet my friend received was NOT what I ordered. Not even close.

Apart from one or two slip ups, the service is OK.
The vase of flowers delivered to Jane Mercer was not as ordered, for the following reasons: The flowers were as described but the vase was plain glass, not pink opaque. This spoiled the visual and novelty effect which attracted my attention. This is not the first time an order has been changed by the florist. Whilst I realise that items do "run out of stock", I think you should notify the client that a change will be made...then offer an alternative. Thank You.
I don't think I should have been charged $36.00( double the fee of delivery) since both arrangements went to the same house. I forgot to add my $10.00 off discount from being a previous customer. That should have been added automatically in my opinion. Other than that, pleased with the arrangements.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
