Very easy 2 use. Pics were great. Price better than any I have been on 4 an order placed. I have never been so impressed with an online service before! Even when they were not able to deliver the same day, they apologized profusely and sent a note of apology to the intended recipient as well as added an upgrade of the product and took the charge off my charge account for on time fee. The operator was the most pleasant person ever and made me feel as a customer that I was your most valuable customer. I will definitely use you from now on when I need to send plants, flowers & fruit baskets.

I would like you to email me a picture of the actual flowers you sent. I have problems ordering with other florist. Ordering from out of state Thank you My daughter sent me a picture. Sure didn.t look like the arrangement I ordered. Just didn't look fresh. Roses were fully open. Daisies had bent petals.
SO FAR, SO GOOD! The ordering was easy, the delivery time was exceptionally speedy. However, I saw the flowers at my daughters today and was very disappointed in the size of the arrangement. I didn't feel this arrangement warranted the price I paid.
Many different types of flowers to choose from...also I was contacted to tell me that my order wasnt going to be delivered yesterday but would be today and they compensated me with an upgrade. Very nice gesture and appreciated.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
