Easy but pricy - would prefer more of a discount considering my first order a couple days ago could not be delivered same day even though I paid for the service!
This is my third time ordering and so far the first two went well. This time I ordered two items in same order but since I didn't know better than to ask it came from two different shops I paid twice on delivery. Also, this time my daughter sent me pictures of the Easter basket and the flowers and neither were what I expected. Not very many tulips and colors were all off and the Easter basket didn't even have a large chocolate bunny. Also the basket had odd items none that would considered "classic Easter basket" no peeps, no chocolate bunny no pez etc but it did have strangly coconut water, key lime snacks and cotton candy along with other oddities. Disappointed this time
I paid extra for a larger bouquet and my delivery was small. I am very disappointed. I will not use it again.

The flowers did not match the picture and I definitely didn't get my money's worth. I paid $60 for what looked like a $20 bouquet and cheap vase. Not happy.
Easy to order. I get confirmation when the flowers have be delivered, which is a plus. I would like to see the bouquet before its delivered. That's my only dilemma. My Uncle and Aunt were ranting and ravening over the flowers. They both said they were beautiful. Again I did not see them.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
