If you offer to deliver the flowers before noon, and you charge me for it, then you must honor the agreement. I demand a refund for those five dollars. It is a small amount, but this is not about the money. This is about meeting the conditions that you put forth, that you said you could satisfy. DO NOT OFFER A SERVICE THAT YOU CANNOT HONOR. Other than that, this was great service and a beautiful item. Thank you.

I really didn't need to have the flowers delivered on a specific date, didn't feel like I had a choice or option to not pay the extra $14.99 to deliver that day. Then when my sweet mother in law who I purchased them for sent me the picture, the bowyer was a lot smaller than I had anticipated. I will hesitate to order from yall again.
