Not happy as the initial delivery was never made so I was forced to contact customer support and have the flowers delivered to her home, which she did nit receive till late that evening. These were for her birthday, that day. Very frustrated and will not use this site again.

Did not know about the service fee until payout-very tricky/dirty.
Be sure to ask what local shop is to be used.
They sent nothing like what I ordered and also sent a card to another person.
Then i was told if i wanted a refund my girl would have to return the flowers she did get.
