First time was great! Delivery was right on time so I decided to send my son Easter candy basket.
I ordered a bear and balloon for my niece who just had surgery yesterday. I picked the middle option hoping/thinking it would have more then just the bear and 1 balloon. I'm not sure why I paid for the middle option when it only came with what was shown for the lowest price?

It was looking bigger
The site is beautiful and helpful. The pictures changing upon selection of the three size options was also very helpful.
The tulips were a little bit wilted and mushy to the touch when put back in water revived
The flowers were much smaller then i expected and my mother in law never received the balloons that were suppose to go with the flowers.
I like it, it's smooth and straightforward. The one thing to improve would be to enable specifying delivery time (at least AM/PM).
