I don't know how the flowers looked because I had these flowers delivered to Illinois and I live in Ms. I could not attend my dear Aunties funeral so I had this flower sent to my families home. I called customer service to see if the florist had delivered the flowers, the customer service rep named Ben put me on hold and called the florist. It was confirmed that they were delivered but with no signature. I can only hope that they were pleased and the flowers were beautiful. Maybe someone will take a picture of them for me.
So finally, I can only rate in this survey on how the customer service that I received not on the appearance and quality of the flower.

Nice selection, fast ordering... But when I saw the actual product, it was soooo much smaller than what I expect it. I was a bit embarrassed to send such small arrangement to a funeral service for such good friend. I think that you provide ONE size/dimension on the site for the largest arrangement and that is misleading for the small & Medium sizes. You need to be more specific.

What I ordered didn't look anything like what was received by my family. I was very disappointed and called customer service after getting a picture of what my family received. Customer service was very apologetic and offered me a discount and a gift card. I will do business with them again because of the great customer service.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
