What I ordered, is not way to my sister. Although she said she liked it, when she sent me a picture, I was very disappointed in the fact that it was nothing like the picture that I had ordered from your website.
They screwed up the card that came with the flowers. Instead of it saying "Happy Thursday" the card read "happy birthday". I do not know why they changed the message. It is frustrating when some idiot messes up a running joke my wife and I going.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
