Yes, of course there is MUCH to do in completing an order correctly and we do appreciate your service that really is not lacking in any way that we know about. As fixed income (newly) we are just "getting used to" our new limitations so question much. As I said "not your fault". The previous "review" was really more an "observation" now necessary over past deliverys.

I was not informed that my delivery would be a day late because noone told me so. And when I finally got my order, they were not in very good shape. And they were not in the vase that I ordered them to be in.
VERY disappointed and embarrassed...I spent 100.00 and everyone at my husband's job was laughing because EVERYTHING in his basket came from the DOLLAR store and sure enough we went to the dollar store the next day and EVERYTHING was there just as everyone told him. I get you need to make some profit but seriously you ripped me off and embarrassed my husband. I will NOT use this company ever in the future and would NOT recommend it to anyone else.
I sent to my sister and she sent me a picture. There weren't as many flowers as I thought there'd be. But my sister liked them, so that's all that matters

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
