I was pretty surprised when I saw that delivery would cost 14.99. Way too much. I will search for a different florist next time. Also 4.99 for morning delivery when ad said this was for "same day service" and I checked that the next day would be okay. I ordered this display because of the colors in the picture. When the recipient took a picture and sent it to me to thank me - they were different colors. When this was going to happen with a florist before, they called me first and gave me the option of choosing different flowers or arrangements. This time no one called and they had my phone number. Not happy
I was pleased at the fullness of the basket and the size was right for the money. Great choice for those thinking of getting it.

Very easy to navigate through your site. I needed the basket delivered the same day that I ordered it and the website says as long as it is before 3 p.m. It will be the same day at an extra charge which I agreed to. I received a call from your company at around 4 that day to let me know it would not be delivered that day. The reason I was given was they did not have the merchandise in stock. I said I would like a refund and cancel the order and I was told all she could do was offer an apology and upgrade the basket and since that was my only option I agreed but said do not deliver until Thursday as they were not in office on Wednesday. The basket was delivered on Wednesday just I said not to do! Do not trust this website! Service is horrible!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
