On time and great service, the flowers arrived as advertised, the only issue i had is that i paid for the flowers to look very similar to the picture and it did not, i actually looked like i paid for the cheapest price. The good thing is that my girl did not know the difference, she loved them! She is satisfied, I am too!
The flowers that were delivered were beautiful. The only thing I was disappointed in was that I had ordered flowers in a coffee cup, but they came in a base. It was still a wonderful bouquet, just a slight disappointment.

Second time using this company and was extremely disappointed. I chose to use them because my first purchase with them was above and beyond what what I expected. This purchase was a complete disappointment, I received 2 flowers in a $30+ "floral arrangement." Purchased for a co worker just out of surgery and everyone in the office enjoyed a hearty laugh at the failed attempt at a floral arrangement.
I paid for a guaranteed delivery time and the flowers arrived 3 hours late - and only after I called to inquire. By this time the intended recipient was no longer home. The actual florest then contacted me to notify of delivery and was quite rude. I may consider using this service again but will never use that florists and will not use this service if that florist is used.
Actual customer service was very helpful, but it doesn't change my delivery being late.

I have not seen the flowers yet... that I had delivered to my Mother for her 89th birthday...but she tells me they are very pretty. The only con I can see is... there was no where to request that they be delivered by a certain time. My Mother goes to bed very early...about 6:30-7:00 pm. The flowers were not delivered until 5 pm. I would have liked for her to receive them earlier in the day when she could have really enjoyed them ON her birthday. I think a customer request for a certain delivery time frame is VERY important when choosing a florist! When the flowers did not arrive by 4:30 pm I called customer service and the customer service agent was exceptional! Kudos to her!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
