When ordering a smaller flower arrangement, why is it still $14.99 service fee? I was happy with the flowers, but the price went from $27.99 to around $46 or so. I could understand $37.99. Like a $10 dollar fee for smaller ones. Trust me, saving the 5 bucks helps. I would actually get the bigger/deluxe... but the price would be just to crazy high for me to order. I wish I could afford to send flowers more often. I do like your company though. Maybe you could come up with small to mini arrangements for under to around $20. That is if it can be done. Then a $10 service fee. Not sure if flower companies could work that out for your company. Your sales would go up bunches. Thank you for at least reading.
Very pleased with order, under the circumstances these flowers were ordered, it helped that I was able to place my order with ease. Flowers were as indicated on website.

I thought I had ordered the lesser expensive version of this arrangement, but when the total came up, it was the middle version. Nonetheless, I like the arrangement, the error may have been on my part, so I will shop with you again.
I paid for same day delivery, but it did not arrive, which I was unaware of since I was sending them to my parents as a surprise. I was very pleased to receive a call from a Customer Service Representative advising that the florist was unable to deliver them as ordered, along with a sincere apology, a refund of the extra delivery fee AND a free upgrade of the arrangement. Now THAT'S Customer Service!
I paid for one day delivery and they did not deliver it on time, so I called customer service they said they would send me $10 for my next purchase and refund the one day delivery fee, and the flowers would be in by 10am the next day. Today the flowers did not arrive at 10 so I called and they said they contacted the florist and the driver is on his way. When the flowers arrived at 3pm! The driver said that he had not even been notified until 1pm this afternoon about the delivery! When the flowers came there were nothing but carnations and mums! They cost about $1.99 for a bouquet by themselves and I paid $39.99! They never gave me the $10 towards my next purchase and even if they did I will never order from this website again. I am extremely disappointed.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
