Very disappointed overall. The flowers were not delivered by the promised time, so I was credited with the expedited fee ($4.99) but not the additional $2.00 fee for "handling" and I saw the flowers and they were far below average in quality than I was expecting for what turned into a $62.00 order. The tulips were very small, some had not opened at all, and one variety looked limp and practically dead and these made up 1/4 of the arrangement. I understand fromyouflowers outsources their work to florists, so the florist should get the bad review here. Won't be using this company again and I should note that I didn't spend the time arguing with them to get all of my money back, I probably could have if I sent them a picture of the arrangement.
I wish they had just advertised the whole price after all the extra fees. They lure you in with an extremely low cost of an arrangement just to tack on $18 more dollars to get it there quickly. The flowers were worth what I paid but the advertising game played is what leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
First site that didn't take 45 minutes to make selection and add a bunch of additional charges at the end.
Paid for same day delivery but my fiancé left 30 min earlier. Next time I will order much earlier in the day.
The product was awesome! He sent me a picture. I was really, really pleased!
I assumed the card message would be standard-typed, but it was poorly handwritten. Also, the added charge for same day delivery seems unnecessary if one cannot choose a window delivery time.

Price was a little steep, wish they told you about the 10 dollars they add as a service fee on top of the flower price. Plus for the shipping. It adds up, but it was worth it, still a good deal, flowers are beautiful.
