I thought the floral arrangement would have been larger that it actually was. I appreciate the lead time in getting it to the location but the arrangement appeared to be a slightly larger than a 12 inch in diameter arrangement. I assumed that this would have been a bigger standard funeral arrangement size.
The flowers were very nice. The ordering process was easy. Order was not delivered the day I chose (same-day delivery), but they called me and let me know and upsized the arrangement without an additional cost to me, refunded my same day fee and sent an apology note with the flowers. Overall a great experience.
A bad experience turned around...my order was a surprise birthday gift. The wrong arrangement was delivered one day early. I was disappointed to say the least. I called customer service, not looking for a resolution but more so that your company was aware if the poor service. The rep I spoke with was genuinely concerned and reached out to the local florist that made the errors. A new delivery was made today (the correct order). I'm not convinced the local florist is reliable and one in which you would want to work with. However I am pleased with the customer service I received and thank the rep for her diligence to right two wrongs.
My sister was very happy with the roses. I was disappointed as the advertisement was for a rainbow of roses, and the roses were not as varied in color as the picture led to believe. There were a few different colors though, and I will order again at some point.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
