The one thing that I feel could be a concern in purchasing on line, was that the color of flowers in the arrangements were consistently a deeper color then the photos. I happened to account for that due to past experience, but it could become a problem if you are not aware of that.

Although the process of ordering was just as simple, the product that my Mom received for her birthday looked nothing like what I was expecting online. Even though I ordered the deluxe option, it looked sparse and nothing like the picture on line.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
