The place that delivered my flowers were a day late, they didn't deliver the flowers early like they were suppose to, they ruined the surprise by calling the recipient, they didn't speak good English, the flowers were wilted due to being left out in Florida weather (wouldn't have had to happen if delivered on time), and lastly they were very rude to my girlfriend(the recipient) when they called her number. The people I talked to from costumer service for From You Flowers were very nice and helpful.
The person I sent the flowers to loved the company that shipped the flowers. It was a beautiful arrangement and was stated by the person receiving the display.
The teddy bear wasn't as it appeared online, the one received looks cheap... but other than that great service.

I ordered green cymbidium orchids and pink roses in a mint julip cup. My sister received a flower arrangement with NONE of these. She got a glass vase with what looked like Easter leftovers-yellow roses, daisies, greenery, 1 hydrangea, & fillers. I am very disappointed and will never order flowers from fromyouflowers.com again and will make sure my family and friends know not to use them either.

The flowers came 2 hrs later than promised. Although we received our expedited shipping fee back, it would have been nice to have it delivered when expected. Also, there were a lot of typo errors on the card that were not acceptable.
