I paid to have it delivered in the morning. It didn't come until 4:00 p.m. when my wife was no longer home. It doesn't look like the online picture.

Loved it! The flowers got there on time! But when I called to confirm delivery time the customer service representative made me feel bad when I didn't hear him ask me how my day was, because the line had some interference. When I said 'what?', he replied, 'oh I'm doing well also' in a sarcastic tone. I felt like he was insinuating that I was rude. And I wasn't trying to be rude at all. I just could not hear him. That was the only bad part of my experience. Even after I apologized and asked him how he was doing as well, the rep still seemed to be annoyed at the 'rude customer.' Oh well.
The arrangement was beautiful, but was not the color scheme I originally picked. I picked the arrangement with blue flowers (not purple) for a reason. The loved was a Veteran of war.

Free delivery is the key. I was disappointed in the size of my flower arrangement. I ordered the "premium", what I expected to be large and it was just okay.
Was late which was bad because of the recipients work schedule... Paid for gaurenteed delivery so upsetting when it arrived late... CSR did refund and was polite but it was still late...
I ordered flowers for an individuals birthday to be delivered the next day, I ordered before noon the prior day to have delivered the next day. They were being delivered to a business so delivery time was between 9-5, which was fine with me. To find out that night around 5:30 the arrangement had not been delivered, I was furious and called customer service around 6pm. They had put me on hold to confirm with the florist about the delivery and customer service came back on the phone and said the delivery was made around noon that day. THIS WAS A LIE! This business is a small business and if the delivery was made, someone would have known. The next day I contacted customer service and they indicated that the delivery was made around 1:30, which is another lie cause people are at the front doors to greet customers. So customer service called the florist and the delivery was finally made and the arrangement was absolutely HORRIBLE! This arrangement looked like it was thrown together for delivery. I called customer service again and there has been an email trail from the original order date until today and I was told there would be another delivery made to apologize to my recipient, which has not yet happened again. PLEASE PLEASE READ THIS AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, THEY TRIED TO GIVE ME A $20 GIFT CARD, BUT IT IS GOING IN THE TRASH. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE FLORIST AND THE COMPANY... COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
