Two days late but with covid/snow difficult for deliveries
I bought flowers for my mom for her 80th birthday, and they looked nothing like the picture!
This was sent to a friend. She received it the same day so that was good. What the arrangement looked like, I am not sure. A month ago I sent an arrangement in sympathy and I was notified that another arrangement had been shipped because of floral unavailability. My friend sent a picture and it was fine but It would be nice if there the purchaser could see the final product.

I was aware that individual flowers might differ in accordance with availability, but the display was drab rather than bright and colourful. I did complain and was happy with the response however it does not alter the fact that the gift my relative received was not as good as I had chosen for them.

I understand it can change but for the pricing that was paid it wasn't what I was expecting, especially it being a sentimental gift to my mom could of been better my expectations were too high it seems. Fast, easy and nice selection!The flowers didn't look anything like what I ordered. I have pictures of what I ordered and what I got. I used your company a month prior and was more impressed with the funeral arrangement I ordered than this last order. My moms bday is this week and was going to order her flowers but not going to now since the order didn't look the same.
The order was a little different from what I ordered online - the picture online was prettier. I understand that different florists offer different things. I just wasn't expecting it to be flowers so changed than some of those pictured.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
