Delivery fee was a little more than I expected
Flowers were very droopy and looked bad when delivered.
These were a gift for my daughter who lives in OK so I didn't get to actually SEE them...the picture was pretty but I couldn't really tell how large/full the assortment was.

I was very happy with the potted plant. The fresh flowers were delivered in a box and the receiver placed them in the vase. With this in mind, it depends on the receiver how they look in the end.

No guarantee on items in the product (i.e. This much chocolate or this many peeps) and this is frustrating when you are looking for specific items. Additionally, the size in the picture did not change when selecting different size options. Not helpful if I'm trying to decide to spend extra money or not. There was no way to pick a time you wanted the item delivered or an approximate time the item would be delivered. Silly as I may care what time it should be delivered, but at the very least I should get an approximate time window (i.e. From 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.). The item was delivered at 8 p.m. which is very late, but I would have been less frustrated if I had an idea of when it would be delivered. The items in the basket were fine, however, most were thrown away as they were weird brands of items I had never even heard of before.
Thank you for adjusting your service fee. Perhaps going forward, you might be more upfront with that fee before placing the order. Thank you again. It is much appreciated!

The service and delivery was quick. Flowers were nice. Only thing was the service charge caught me off guard. Was almost the same price as the arrangement.
Pretty easy. I ordered two different orders going to two different locales. My order to Florida was changed and a substitution was made. It worked out well but I would have liked a heads up

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
