I have ordered here before so it was very simple to navigate through the order process.I would like the option of a text message when my order was delivered.
Also when the flowers were delivered it doesn't seem that the delivery person knocked or the bell rang so I had to ask the receiver if they received a package she then found them at 8pm and she thought she had heard someone by the door earlier but did not hear a knock or ring.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
