I enjoyed finding coupons for my last minute sympathy arrangement. However, the sympathy bouquet of arranger's choice was not suitable for sympathy flowers. Very disappointed in the selection of bright colors for a sympathy bouquet. Florist was accommodating and was able to change out some of the flowers.
My sister, the birthday girl, reports that the flowers are gorgeous; very colorful and springy. She was thrilled.

I bought a dozen roses in a customized vase and I thought there would be some fillers in the vase to help hold the roses up but there isn't any and the roses are just kind of thrown in by themselves and it makes it look very cheap. Also the picture that I chose to go on the vase was a black and white picture and online the preview looked good but now physically looking at the vase my daughter is supposed to be in the middle of the pic but it was printed out so dark you can't even see her. It does not look like what the preview showed online. This is why I don't normally buy flowers online because you never know what you are going to get. This was a 9 year anniversary present and I feel like I wasted $60.
Very nice and easy
This is the first time I'm using FROMYOUFLOWERS.COM--which is because of its rating by CNBC. My shopping experience was fine. I do wish I could have gone back to the "get well" message I wrote to add some words.
After delivery: I did not order a basket. The container in the picture looked like cardboard which is what I prefer since I believe that puts more money into the contents of the container. I didn't realized there'd be soooooo many sweet treats as that is not what the photo showed. (I do realize the description said other items may be substituted which I presumed would be more like the items in the picture--less or not sweet.) I didn't like giving so many sweet treats as the giftee is trying to lose weight. Otherwise the gift looked great.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
