Easy order and prompt delivery. I thought the site was a little misleading. I was told I would receive a discount if ordered that day...the final price did not reflect the discount. Added costs were a little unexpected.

Fast and easy to order, but the item I ordered did not look at good as the picture. Was a little disappointed --not as many roses in the arrangement I purchased.
The service fee is not shown until your order is processed and billed and 14.99 (half the price of the flowers) was way too high.
The flowers were a good buy, but there was an added $14.00 fee that I was not aware of prior to the purchase. I would have made the purchase anyways with the fee, but I would have liked notification. The only other complaint was that I paid to have the flowers delivered before noon and that arrived after 1:30pm.
If this is delivered on time and looks as good as it appears on-line - I'll be one very happy consumer.

I was very happy with the speed of delivery, however I was a little disappointed in the arrangement, but the person that we sent it to was thrilled and that's all that really matters.
The handling is a little much. The person I sent the flowers to had no idea who they were from because there was no card with the flowers.
Just hate that the deliver options is so high in price. This causes me to order the smaller$$ flower arrangement. Especially if it is going to a hospital, I am sure there are several deliveries that same day.
Online service was great. Went through this site to save a few dollars however, flowers (while beautiful) seems a little on the small size and not at all like the picture on the site.
Price was a little high for the amount of flowers delivered, but the customer service was great and delivery time was excellent.
