I have tried to get this issue resolved many times. The flowers I ordered were not the ones I that were received. No where near. I ordered a beautiful bouquet and she recieved a couple of flowers in a vase. Not even close. Very unhappy. Then customer service couldn't even fix it. They told me they would. Even have the emails to prove it. But never happened. Will not be using this place again.
I ordered the flowers in the UK for delivery in the USA. The website was easy to use. The family who received this flowers were delighted with them. They sent me a photo which was almost identical to the photo on the website.
This was the first time I have used fromyouflowers and I would definitely recommend them.
I do wish the $14.99 delivery charge would have been shown before the final check out screen. I would have probably still purchased but would have liked to see that up front. A plant that was less than $30 ended up being over $50 and I didn't know until I went all the way through the order.:-( Delivery time and product was great.
The flowers were beautiful, and despite the weather and a phone call asking if they could be delivered by 2 pm they were able to get them there shortly after noon. Thanks.

I ordered a birthday arrangement on 4/16/15 to be delivered on 4/16/15 and it was not delivered till 4/17/15
Which makes the whole point of sending somebody flowers for their birthday pointless then to top it off i ordered a birthday balloon with the flowers which was never delivered when i called customer i got a lot sorry's and after 15 minutes they finally gave me 15% off just the arrangement not the whole order and did not refund the charge for the same day delivery and then i had to call back about the balloon and they refunded me the 5 dollars for the balloon.

The product delivered looks nothing like what we ordered.
The vase was not the clear one I requested/purchased. But the flowers are pretty.
The order delivered looked NOTHING like the item ordered. I'm tremendously disappointed.
