Never again will I use this company! Your company is full of liars, thieves and uneducated people. Call me and we will discuss and I want a full refund! I'll be calling everyday until I speak with an executive! The BBB will be getting a call from me as well as others I have spoken to about this horrible company. I want to see this company shut down from its poor excuse as a provider!

I paid for expedited service and they did not meet their expedited timeframe. The flowers delivered were not representative to the picture online. The arrangement was half of what was represented and the choice of flowers were not representative to the picture. Probably will not order from this site or company again.

I'm always surprised at how expensive the s&h charges are! I really don't know when flowers were delivered or what they looked like. I ordered them for my uncle in the hospital. He was in ICU and flowers aren't allowed. I didn't know that. So, I can't give an honest review. I don't even know if my uncle has even seen them.
I paid extra to have the shipment expedited. I wanted it delivered at 12 (noon) on my husband's birthday, to his job. The order was placed the day before and it was one that qualified for same day delivery. The order was delivered around 4 in the afternoon...after my husband left work. Forget paying that extra...it was a waste.

Everything was great until I completed the order and was surprised by the service/handling fee of14.99. Was not prepared for that.

I paid $4.99 for delivery before noon. It was delivered after 4:00 pm.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
