I would have like a better idea of the shipping costs before getting to the end of the process.
The ordering has gone well so far. Since my mom lives in another State, I wanted to send her flowers revealing the gender of the baby I am having. I told her she would find out by a surprise Thursday afternoon.
Update: My order was placed around 8:30-8:45 am Thursday for a Same Day bouquet. The site guaranteed Same Day Delivery if ordered prior to 3 pm (delivery location time). I paid extra money for Same Day Delivery and Expedited Service to guarantee delivery by 3 pm. At 3 pm the delivery had not been made. I called From You Flowers' Customer Support inquiring the status of my order. Customer Support said they would refund the extra delivery fees and follow up with the florist re: my order. They called back and said my order could not be delivered by the original florist and had contacted another florist to complete the order but the flowers could not be delivered until the next day! This was extremely disappointing. I was verbally promised Mom would receive the flowers Friday by noon. I was also promised an upgraded arrangement, however I have no way of knowing if my Mom's arrangement was actually upgraded or not. At almost noon today, the delivery still had not been made. Unbelievable! I called customer support again. They contacted the NEW florist but could not reach them for a verbal confirmation of status and said they were probably out delivering the order. Fortunately, about 15-20 minutes later my mom contacted me stating she received the flowers. Obviously, delivery times are not guaranteed. This was not the joyous and fun experience I had hoped for. Mom knew she was supposed to be "receiving a surprise" but did not receive anything for a day and half.
The plant basket that I selected, the Classic Dish Garden I had upgraded to the deluxe level which I thought assured me it would look better than the image shown online. I was absolutely shocked to see the delivery at the funeral home that does not even resemble the image I thought I was paying for - it looked very cheap and did not have the plants in it that were in the image, or anything that was even compatible! The basket had a few strands of artificial orange colored foliage and it just looked terrible. A huge disappointment for the money I paid. I totally understand that plant substitutes are sometimes necessary but the entire basket was very cheap looking and had very little visual appeal at all in comparison to the other arrangements in the room.
The process was quick and easy
For some reason the message and signatures were not available to the recepient. They had to guess who sent them!

Flowers that were send were much smaller arrangement than in the picture on the website, much smaller. Delivery time was good but likely will not use fromyouflowers again based on the picture me sister sent me of the arrangement I ordered. Very disappointed.
Ordering was fast and easy. What disappointed me was what was delivered. Balloon bouquet was nothing like the picture. Customer service gave me a credit, but this ruined my father's birthday. Will think long and hard before ordering from your site again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
