I ordered flowers for my daughter in law 5 days before Mother's Day. On Mother's Day and two days later I found out that you cancel my order without advising me. I by mistake reordered flowers and were beautiful and delivered on time. When I get my money back from the first order I will be happy.

I ended Up paying nearly $70 for $49 gift after delivery fees. Pretty expensive but it is what it is. Flowers were delivered about 3 hours after I placed The order which was impressive.

I didn't get the flowers that I ordered wasn't given a phone call to let me know what I ordered wasn't available! They took it upon themselves to choose a plant for me and it was the peace lily the plant that my wife received at her mothers funeral! I was offered a discount refund have yet to receive it! Mother's Day was a total wreck for my wife and I'm very disappointed with this company!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
