What I saw in picture on your site was perfect. What was delivered was SUB PAR! I will never order again. The arrangement was an embarrass to me and your company. Not even a bow.Not even a ribbon. Not even wrapped in foil. I will be calling shortly. I expect what I ordered to be delivered.

Service fees need to go away. I would have purchased twice as many items but I'm not spending half the cost on shipping and service fees. Also need to add a feature to change contact info if using Amazon Checkout. All the notifications went to my S.O. Because she's the Prime account holder so I had no idea what was going on with my order.

Strawberries were delivered and the chocolate had completely melted. Very disappointed.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
