I've ordered several times and have always been pleased with the flower arrangements. Unfortunately the recipient sent a picture and the arrangement doesn't appear to be fresh. Some of the flowers are wilted for them just arriving. I'm very disappointed in the flowers.

It was nice and a good flow, I'm glad you can edit your order with out having to put everything back in after. The flowers I ordered and the flowers I received were different, I'm not sure if maybe it's because the flowers were not available but it was kind of disappointing. Still pretty but I was really looking forward to roses and sunflowers.

It was easy to order online. My mother sent me a picture of the flowers she received and I was happy that there were daisies in the arrangement. However, whomever put them together did not do a good job. All the daisies were around the bottom, a big hole with nothing in it was above that and a couple roses and other flowers were there. I am a retired florist and was not impressed with the arrangement, but did like the flowers that were in it.

I have used fromyouflowers.com several times before but this time, they could not deliver the flowers on or before Mother's Day; NO ONE could, including local florists I reached out to, so I was ok with that. However...I chose their "best value" option PLATINUM, which I have done in the past, where their florists create their own beautiful masterpiece. I received a pic of the bouquet and it was embarrassing; looked like someone just snatched up a bunch of wild flowers from the side of the road. Pitiful flowers with one nice flower here and there, ugly arrangement sticking to and fro, and I didn't see a vase (I was too embarrassed to ask if she actually got one). The "Happy Mother's Day" balloon arrived the next day, by itself, no note for where it came from. This has never happened before with them so I gotta blame it on the COVID...just like everything else!
