After learning that the order i placed was not coming from a local florist i must say i was a big skeptical, but my fears were relieved when the person i ordered flowers for sent me a picture of what she received. It is unbelievable to me how you were able to get those flowers to her overnight coming the distance they came. I do appreciate very much your outstanding service.

My experience was wonderful. The flowers were stunning and arrived as prompt as promised. They were for a neighbor who was having a hard time. She was overly joyed and they brightened her day. She thought they were so beautiful. I couldn't be more ecstatic by my experience. I will definitely be ordering flowers again. Thank you very much.

The quality of the flowers received versus the ones pictured were not comparable. For example the picture showed several roses and the arrangement we received had 2.

Supposed to be same day delivery in Wednesday and receiver did not get until Friday!Someone one from company called on Wednesday giving an excise about florist and could not find address which was given correctly. Everyone has GPS! That was an excuse. The man on phone from company spoke English so poorly I could not understand him. He flat out LIED and told me arrangement would be there same day. It arrived 2 days later. I will NEVER use this company again! Do NOT trust them. What a disappointment and waste of money. Not to mention mu friend dis jot receive her flowers on appropriate day.

Just ordered 2 items going to the same address but I am being charged for 2 deliveries. It would be nice if you offered one shipping charge to the same address. If you do it is not obvious.
