I wish there was a better way to know where the flowers were coming from and what the exact colors and varieties are. I liked the ordering process, and I loved being able to customize add-ons to my order. I knew that they would most likely be coming from a local florist (which I looked at their personal website) but was very unimpressed by the arrangement. It was sparse and had more leaves than flowers to compensate. The overall bouquet or dome shape was not apparent. There should have been many more green pom-poms, and there were only three. I ordered the Mason Jar arrangement and the flowers DID NOT arrive in a mason jar. I would have been able to let go of the disappointing arrangement if it looked pretty in a mason jar, but they sent a simple vase. I am VERY disappointed! I specifically got that arrangement because I knew my mother would like it. Then to top it all off, I ordered two yellow latex balloons, and it only had one. I called customer service, but my level of disappointment runs deeper than a discount.
