These flowers were sent to my sister so I didn't get the actual experience of the flowers. A nice bonus might be a picture to the purchaser once the bouquet is made.
Very deceptive pricing practices and false advertising. A $16 handling fee was added at the very end, after you complete the order. Thus, you don't know the final cost until you are at the very last step. Final price should be clearly visible prior to filling out the order form. Advertising said same day delivery, however, the soonest option we will given was two days out. This was the case for all the different flowers we tried out.

I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday 10 days in advance. I called at 3 PM on a scheduled delivery date to make sure my order hadn't been lost. I was assured that my order was in process, and flowers were on the way to my mom. At 6 MP, when it was too late to order from another company, I received apologies from customer service and offer of partial refund. It didn't hep me at all: my mother didn't get flowers for her birthday.
I tried to track the order and 6 times continued to say it was out for delivery. I called customer service several times. Last call the lady said she couldn't reach the truck. It would not be delivered til Monday or so! The arrangement finally got there about 8:45pm and it was not like the picture at all. I'm very disappointed
Base price reasonable, however, final price jumped up over $10 which I did not anticipate. Reciepient was thrilled with arrangement, she sent me a photo and I agree it was beautiful

#2 - so there were the hidden costs - and sudden delivery fee at checkout of $15 (after I had declined an extra delivery fee of $5 for morning delivery) but then I had asked for the flowers to be delivered on the 17th - an anniversary day - and they were delivered a day early on the 16th. Not what I asked. I wanted the specific day. I have not seen the arrangement -but the last time I ordered from you I got a photo back from my sister in law and was embarrassed about the flowers - it was nothing like what I ordered and was not pretty. I didn't realize until I had all these problems that it was the same company - or I would not have used you again.

They did a great job with the flowers and the card.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
