It would be nice to list the candy bats you are spending. Plus how many are in the baskets! I'm not crazy about the cost of the delivery. I thought I was suppose to get free delivery since it was a reorder. I couldn't find where that was deducted.

Sending flowers for graduation that were never delivered. Contacted and was told I would receive an upgrade delivered, once again no delivery. I would give NO stars of I could. Extremely disappointed in their service or total lack of service. Do not use this company, not dependable.

It was not the same as in the photo. It wasn't worth the cost in Canadian dollars spent. There was too many green fillers than Roses as shown in the photo advertised on your website.
My flowers were beautiful but they did arrive a day later than they were supposed to.
Reuse of your service will be dependent on the recipients satisfaction with the order and that the flowers are indeed what i ordered. The couple who received the flowers liked them but when I saw the picture of the flowers they received it was not quite what I ordered. It was to be a yellow bouquet of flowers and there were orange gerber daisies in the bouquet. It just didn't look right to me or balanced. Disappointed.

These flowers were sent to my sister so I didn't get the actual experience of the flowers. A nice bonus might be a picture to the purchaser once the bouquet is made.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
