I feel like the prices are disingenuous because of all of the fees you add at the end of the process. Last night I also had multiple problems with checkout and I had to open a new account. Then even that account kept telling me to call customer service so I had to start again this morning and it hadn't saved the vase I had made and I wasn't able to add in any coupon codes. I don't appreciate that you can only use one coupon code at once.

Since this was no contact delivery. If my sister would not have gone out her front door she wouldn't have known she had a delivery till I called her after 5pm.

The flower was nice and it was delivered on time period however it does not reflect the add. I was expecting more flowers in the arrangement.
Flowers were great they just didn't get there overnight like advertised but they got there and made my friend very happy and that it what counted!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
