I sent these as a thank you for help during the pandemic. They are beautiful and very much appreciated by the recipient. I chose these because the blooms last so long.
I feel like the prices are disingenuous because of all of the fees you add at the end of the process. Last night I also had multiple problems with checkout and I had to open a new account. Then even that account kept telling me to call customer service so I had to start again this morning and it hadn't saved the vase I had made and I wasn't able to add in any coupon codes. I don't appreciate that you can only use one coupon code at once.

Since this was no contact delivery. If my sister would not have gone out her front door she wouldn't have known she had a delivery till I called her after 5pm.

The service fee of $15 is really off putting for something you already spent $60 on.
The flower was nice and it was delivered on time period however it does not reflect the add. I was expecting more flowers in the arrangement.
Flowers were great they just didn't get there overnight like advertised but they got there and made my friend very happy and that it what counted!

The arrangement was very pretty. It didn't include the colors that I ordered and arrived in a clear vase instead of the orange vase that was shown so honestly that was very disappointing
