I purchased the deluxe arrangement based off of the photo. When the dang thing arrived it looked puny, it was less full than the basic photo. Really disappointed.
I had a good experience with youflowers.com. I didn't realize there was a $15 service fee until checkout time, but over all it was good. Ordered the flowers for my 5 yr old granddaughter, she loved them and the teddy bear. Made her feel special on her birthday!
I order flowers from this company on February 3,2016, the flowersame were delivered as stated buy I later found out that after my over the phone order someone used my credit card and purchased wigs from a company the 1st attempt was for over $1000. 00 dollars lucky it did not go through but the second transaction went through for $200.00. I was highly UPSET I called my credit card company and disputed the charges and they are investigating. I also call flowers from you and spoke with a supervisor about the situation today and they are also doing an investigation. The supervisor informed me that everything is recorded included the representativesame and everything is secure but it can't be if someone used my credit card. I will be following up with them and I will let everyone know the results

I got an email from youflowers, but there was not signature or otherwise as confirmation, and after I called the person that was the recipient, she said she hasn't seen the arrangement I sent. Granted, it was a sympathy garden and there were many arrangements, but it was distressing to think that I may have received notice of delivery when the arrangement might not have been, in fact, delivered.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
