Was sent as a gift so I did not see what was received
$15 for service/handling, plus an additional $8 for expedited fee, and you make it seem like the 6 strawberries seriously cost $62! That's ridiculous.

I paid for same day service and the bouquet was not delivered same day. Apparently 3 different florists did not have the flowers to make the bouquet I ordered, so fromyouflowers took it upon themselves to reschedule my delivery for the following day rather than notify me of the situation so that I could either select another bouquet or get a refund and take my business to someone who COULD meet the same day deadline I was expecting. The whole point of my delivery to congratulate someone on their FIRST day of a new job... not their second... Luckily, I did get a very nice customer service agent who upgraded the bouquet and refunded the same day fee; HOWEVER, fromyouflowers does need to come up with some kind of protocol for communicating back with customers when their orders cannot be processed as ordered!

Ordering flowers on line sure does beat driving miles in the cold to a shop and having to give the same amount of information anyway or calling a shop and not knowing what the flowers will look like by just calling...
The website is easy to navigate. The order was delivered as promised and arrived almost exactly as the online photo.
Beautiful flowers that last a long time
Reasonable prices and delivery charge. Delivery did not go out same day as initially requested but the same day delivery fee was refunded and customer service reps were very good about communicating with me via e mail. Delivery was made at the time I requested the following day in order to arrive once recipient returned home from work. Will definitely use this company again!
I loved the variety and ease of ordering flowers and quick delivery was great. The bouquet I sent wasn't as full as I thought it would be. In the picture it looked a lot fuller. I wish it had been a bit fuller. The flowers they used and vase was very nice.
