I didn't appreciate discovering a much higher price at the final step to process the transaction. The bouquet I purchased was $30 then I upgraded it by $10. The site asks for delivery,billing and then as soon as u review the order before purchase they tell u how much more the shipping, handling, service and same day shipping will cost you. Not cool. An extra note, in the card I typed " I'm sorry." The card the recipient received read "L'm sorry"...cmon man. Not that hard

'I was not satisfied with the flowers that were delivered to my Daughter. I will not order from you all again. We were not satisfied at all especially regarding the cost, and the processing fee the arrangement was terrible. It was my daughters 30th Birthday she was dissatisfied with the arrangement did not like them either.

I paid the additional $4.99 fee to have the flowers by noon. They did not arrive until after 2pm. The vase that was provided had hearts on it, when I ordered the birthday bouquet that was supposed to have candles on it. This was a gift for my female boss.
