This was a birthday gift for my sister's 52nd birthday. She absolutely loved it and couldn't quit crying tears of joy. She said the stuffed animal was so cuddly and soft and couldn't quit hugging it. Thank you so much for helping us give her have a wonderful birthday surprise.

I ordered this for a close friend that was having a rough day. Your online orders said it would be delivered same day. It was not delivered same day, which upset me. Then I asked for it to be there by noon the following day and it showed up at 2:15. I did receive a credit but I would never order again from you guys if this is how it goes. She wasnt even at work when they showed up, she left at 1. So this order and situation was pointless, nothing promised was delivered.

Mobile app should allow to sort prices high to low and should have page numbers at the bottom to avoid having to skip through all pages. There should be more flexibiliy in changing order dates. I had to cancel and reorder for same day delivery and the price was toughly 30% higher.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
