The flowers that I picked and what was delivered where not the same. I picked the bouquet with blue and yellow flowers. Blue is my mom's favorite color. :( Not what I ordered.
You have great reviews with the exception of the deliver charge, which did not show up till the very end. I am disappointed that I had to spend this much money, since I wanted a $28.00 bouquet so I could get one for my sister as a pick me up for all she is going through. I will know on Thursday the outcome of the flowers. Thank you. How much would delivery be for a 28.00 bouquet to Mary Washington ultrasound? It is not in the hospital. Overall I'm happy with the order. It didn't look exactly like the picture but it was ok.

Good experience; would be nice to see the birthday balloon or have an option for the balloons and bday card. Excited to see the nice arrangement. The balloon was nice and fit well with color scheme. The computer typed card was okay. Would be nice to have text fonts and or colors to chose from

The flowers that arrived were not the "deluxe" version I ordered and not even in the same color palette. It's really annoying to order one thing online and have another show up as the delivery. Completely unsatisfactory.

Was very dissatisfied. First of all I placed the order around 8:30am and paid extra for expedited delivery within 4 hours. Wasn't delivered on time. Person to receive flowers got off at 3:00 with no delivery. I called from you flowers and was told that I'd get a refund for my expedited charge, which I've still not gotten. The delivery was rerouted to home address. Got it in the evening. Wasn't very happy about the whole ordeal!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
