Flowers were beautiful but a little different flowers than was stated but recipient cried when she received them. I loved them too.

The first 3 times i tried to place my order i encountered a different problem. So I left the order and decided not to send flowers afterall. When i recieved the free shipping email i returned and still encountered problems but managed to finish the order. I payed the 5$ fee to guarantee delivery before noon, when the flowers were not delivered by 1pm, I called customer service and the lady I spoke to refunded the $5 fee and said the florist was working on my bouquet and would be delivering it as soon as they were finished with it, I informed her that I needed them delivered by 3 pm at the very latest as the recipient would be leaving for 2 days after that time. I called again when the flowers had not arrived a quarter to 3, and I was told that customer service could not get ahold of the florist which meant the delivery driver was out making deliveries and I should receive the flowers soon, and that the representative would follow up with me after he spoke to the florist to see how the situation could be resolved. The flowers were delivered at quarter to 6 pm, the recipient was not there to receive them, and now, at 7 pm, I am on hold with customer service to have this resolved, because I called, The rep never did follow up, and I have been waiting to speak with a representative for 10 minutes. This is ridiculous. Your customer service is appalling.

The picture online was much more full and pretty my aunt sent me a picture of the flowers she got and there was more green filler than pink roses. Just thought the bouquet look sloppy and had way too much green but very happy with price and timeliness

My only complaint is that I called Customer service to include two more names to the gift card. When the couple received the flowers, the two names were not on the card. Very frustrating and disappointing.

The recipient of our gift retired and was going OUT that evening@ 4:45 pm. The delivery may have been made late as 6 pm so I phoned & customer serviced called the company who would be delivering our gift & asked them to make sure it was delivered BEFORE 4:45 pm. It could NOT be left on the porch as it was perishable & the temps are very low here! So we were concerned!
BUT---thank you to the customer service people, our gift arrived before they left for the evening! It was VERY WELL DONE! Thanks SOOOOOOOOOO MUCH!

I ordered the flowers on line at 1:48 pm on Friday January 29th. I chose same day delivery and they did not receive them until around 4 pm on Saturday the 30th! Not happy about that at all!
Flowers where not delivered on time. I asked for 9am and it wasn't delivered until 2:30pm. It was for a funeral that was suppose to be sat around the casket! Was not happy with that situation at all.

Great prices and the quality was great. I received pictures of the flowers from the receipieht and I was impressed by the quality.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
