I requested for the balloon bouquet to be delivered on 1/30/2016. It was delivered 2 days Early. I had specifically requested that date because that was the day of the birthday that was being celebrated. I was a little disappointed that it was delivered so early.
The ordering process was easy and pleasant. The recipient said the flowers were beautiful.
Would be better only by listing shipping charges with the price the shipping nearly doubled the price

I paid extra to have the flowers delivered before 12 noon as the recipient had to leave her house at that time. Unfortunately the flowers did not arrive on time. The flowers were left with a neighbor who tells me that they arrived about 12:30 pm. I have no idea at this time on the quality of the flowers as my mom has yet to see them. If the flowers are of the freshness, quality and quantity expected, then I would raise my overall satisfaction although I would still be upset to have paid extra for a service we did not receive. By noon and after noon are two totally different things.
