So far so good. Only place that would deliver same day on a Sat. If ordered after 1:00. I ordered at 1:30. After I ordered they called and said the florist was closed and couldn't deliver till Monday. I was going to cancel. They double checked and found someone to deliver on Sunday morning. They were very nice and apologetic. They even gave me some money off my order. That's why my 5 star ratings still stand. My receipient of the flowers said they were BEAUTIFUL! And they came first thing in the a.m.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
